SHIPPING METHODS

Popsee.it ships worldwide via BRT, Poste Italiane or Dhl. In accordance with current international trade laws, the shipped goods are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the total value of the goods purchased in the same currency as the original purchase. In addition, the invoice indicates the value of each individual item purchased.

DELIVERY TIMES


Delivery in Italy is expected within 3/4 working days. Please note that some products may require 6/8 days because they are in a supply phase and therefore require more time for shipping. Delivery forecasts can be viewed on the product page.

In the case of orders placed via bank transfer, the shipment is entrusted to the courier when the payment is confirmed and deposited into the popsee.it current account.

Delivery to European Union countries is expected within 3-5 working days. Please note that some products may require 8/10 days because they are in a supply phase and therefore require more time for shipping.

Delivery for shipments to all countries outside the European Union is expected within 4-7 working days. Please note that some products may require 9/12 days because they are in a supply phase and therefore require more time for shipping.

Please note that in the event that, for any reason, a package is not collected by the customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties related to the automatic return will be deducted/withheld from the refund due.

SHIPPING COSTS: €30

Customers are informed that any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The relative amount must be paid to the courier according to the methods that will be indicated by the courier itself.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is handed over to the courier, customers receive a notification email that provides the AWB number for the order.

PACKAGE DELIVERY

Upon delivery of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm receipt of the same. Popsee.it packages are carefully sealed with popsee.it adhesive tape.

If the customer receives a box that has been opened by Customs or the Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be closed with a guarantee or control seal by the institution.

If the package appears tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign for the package with reservation or to refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint with the courier and promptly contact popsee.it at the email address support@popsee.it.

In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign for receipt with reservation, the delivery is automatically considered accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.

FAILURE TO DELIVERY

All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with popsee.it and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to their lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to the sender quadrashop.it in Italy at the customer's expense. The costs borne by the customer include shipping costs and any customs charges. These costs will be deducted from the refund due.
