RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To make a return/exchange you must log in to your account in the orders section and select request return. A Return Code will be generated and you will receive all the information needed to proceed with your request. Customer Service will provide a prepaid return label: the return is at the customer's expense.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Italy, shipping of your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
30-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
