Payment Methods

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?

Credit cards are a safe payment method to use when shopping online. Pop See uses security measures and fraud monitoring to keep your account information safe.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Pop SEE accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Credit Card
  • Third party payment methods: PayPal, Postepay, Klarna, Apple Pay and Scalapay. Options may vary based on location and order amount.
  • Wire transfer
  • POP SEE Gift Cards, Vouchers & Loyalty Rewards.
WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?

An authorization charge is placed at the time of ordering. We will complete the charge when your order ships.

CAN I PAY BY BANK TRANSFER?

Yes, it is possible to place an order by bank transfer.

The IBAN will be sent via automatic email at the end of the order, after selecting Bank Transfer as the payment method. You will also find it in preview at the end of the order in the Payment Options section, by selecting "Bank Transfer".

Delivery and shipping

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery in Italy is expected within 3/4 working days. Please note that some products may require 6/8 days because they are in a supply phase and therefore require more time for shipping. Delivery forecasts can be viewed on the product page.

In the case of orders placed via bank transfer, the shipment is entrusted to the courier when the payment is confirmed and deposited into the popsee.it current account.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

Popsee.it ships worldwide via BRT, Poste Italiane or Dhl.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

To cancel an order you must communicate it via email to support@popsee.it within 5 hours of placing the order.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we are unable to change items in an order once it has been placed. However, we can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. You can then place a new order with the correct products.

How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order you will receive various notifications of the progress of your order and we will send the tracking 5 hours after the package has been delivered to the courier.

WHY IS MY PACKAGE NOT TRACEABLE YET?

If you have recently received your tracking number, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

WILL MY PACKAGE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?

Most of our packages do not require a signature. However, we may require a signature due to value or at the discretion of our Risk Management team. Signature requirements are non-waivable.

To request a signature for your package, please contact our customer service.

What if the package is damaged?

In the event that the package is damaged upon delivery, we always recommend accepting it with reservation, so that if the product is not intact the responsibility falls on the courier. Pop See does not assume responsibility if the package is received damaged without reservation.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF ONE OR MORE ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY PACKAGE?

Which countries does Pop See deliver to?

Pop See ships to Italy and Europe.

How much does shipping cost?

Pop See ships to Italy at a fixed cost of €6.00 ​​for each order.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

If you encounter any problems with the delivery of your order please contact us at support@popsee.it

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Your order will be processed quickly. For this reason, we invite you to contact us promptly at support@popsee.it, in case you would like to change the address or delivery method, for an order that has already been confirmed.

Returns and Refunds

When can I return my order?

You can return unused items within 30 days of purchase.

How can I return my order?

To make a return/exchange you must access the account in the orders section and select request return. A Return Code will be generated and you will receive all the information necessary to proceed with your request. Customer Service will provide a prepaid return label: the return is at the customer's expense.

Is there a cost to return?

Any direct costs incurred by us in relation to the return of the item(s) for which you have exercised the right of withdrawal (where applicable) will be borne by the customer, such amounts will be deducted from any refund.

When and how will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 14 days of delivery of the package to the courier. You will receive the refund via the payment method you selected when placing your order.

What can I do if I received an item I didn't order?

If there has been an error, please let us know within 14 days of delivery by writing to support@popsee.it specifying the desired product, the product actually received and attaching a photo. You will receive the product you have chosen below.
